Pathethic Non Existatnt Service From Store Manage

I signed a contract for a Galaxay Note II, was told that it is an LTE handset but can operate on a normal sim. The contract talem out was a Top Up 315. Needless to say the phone does not operate with a normal sim nor can I make or receive call. On Sundday 003/03/2013 back to the Cresta store, was reffered to Customer Service in the mall, they advised that it will not work on a normal sim, they called Jason at the store and explain and I was told to go see him. I waited for 30 minuties, him knowing that I was waiting, just ignored me. He did not even acknowledge that I was there. (lots of bits let uot in between due to space.) Today 04/03/2013 I called twice and still no response, Left 2 messages with the receptionist, Leonie and nothing. Is this what customer service is about at Vodacom Shop Cresta? No one has the owners or Store Manager Jason's cell number.
