Enough of consumers

Good day. i take all our contract by Thomas, at the Alisom Communications/Vodacom Cresta store. i was nearly robbed, and my phone fell. i took it to the shop and put the insurance claim in. i received a call from Vodacom Insurance that i should go and collect my phone from the cresta store. Thomas informed me that i have to pay an access. he admitted that he NEVER explain to me about an access when i took the contract and asked for insuranc, with our companies insuranceBECAUSE if that was the case about acces, then i couldve taken it out We pay our Corporate Contracts that we have with Vodacom every month, and im just sick and tired of receiving bad service. As a company we refuse to pay that access, because nobody explain that to us, WE STILL DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE DOCUMENTS FROM VODACOM INSURANCE since we took out the contract. please could you sort this out. kind regards Godfrey Epnaar 0825905876 or 0736816620. if that is the case, the rather cancel ALL our contracts please.
