On the 17/01/2013 I took out a contract for an IPhone 5 with Cell-C in Sandton. After noticing that the battery life of the phone was not normal, on the 24/01/2013 I went back to the store to ask them to replace my phone as it had a battery defect - this I did in accordance to the 7 day out of box defect policy. I was told on numerous occasions that the store was waiting on head-office to approve the defect, which took ANOTHER 7 days. Then I was told I would receive my phone once head-office delivers it into the store. Today 05/02/2013, I went to the store and the manager told me that the phone still hasn't been delivered. So essentially, since the contract has started, Cell-C has had the phone longer then I have, and yet I must incur all costs.
I'm so over this, can i cancel the contract then!!!
