DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took my blackberry in for repairs (which took almost a month to repair) then finally received notification that I can collect it. Upon collection I was told that they had given my phone to someone else and they will track it down and advise me that afternoon. I also advised them that it is far for me to travel to collect it and cannot get off work to do so, the assistant manager (Fazel agreed to deliver it to my work) I never heard from them so the following day I phoned Fazel, he said he will call me back, he didnt. I emailed his manager Ronel Jacobs who I am still waiting to hear from, then I eventually got a call from someone in their servicing department (12/04) who advised me that the phone was not lost but just put under a different job number. I asked when my phone will be delivered and got told they will get back to me. I emailed the manager Ronel Jacobs again but again no response. I eventually received a call last week 24/04@18h16 from someone who asked me to sms my work address to them as they will deliver it the following day, I am still waiting for my phone and I have not had any further correspondence as to what is happening. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
