Last Month, Rochell Carolus handled my request and resolved my issue. Now, it seems it wasn't resolved. After I've paid my iPad contract in full, Vodacom still debited my account for the full amount.
I have called the customer services department, and have spoken to various people. A lady name Joselyn assured me that I will be contacted within 24hours of my call, which was on Friday so that Vodacom can inform me of when my refund will be paid back INTO MY ACCOUNT.
