I had an account problem resulting in a change of network. I then told my story to hello-peter, and I had a response from Vodacom. When you angry, you don't always make it easy for people to understand your problem. But, Rochell Carolus at customer care at a on-line service's, made the problem seem so pitiful. I loved the service rendered. It made me feel as if I was the only one who had an account with Vodacom. It was handled with care and lived right up to its name, (customer care). I wish Rochell Carolus a bright future and hope that Rochell Carolus be recognised as a highly skilled person, as extremely beautiful person that Rochell Carolus is, as hard working and determent at the job at hand, I would like to say, Well done for walking those extra miles for customers. Thank you Rochell Carolus.
