My Telkom landline has been out of order for almost a month. I have logged a fault on 6 Jan and recieved this ref nr. 417CTZ150213. I also went to Telkom Direct in Wonderpark, but was rudely shown to a telephone to log another complaint/fault witch was of no help. I am now desperate and would like to know if I need to end my contract and try Neotel. PLEASE IS THERE SOMEONE WHO WILL AT LEAST GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK.
