Telkom Landline nr 0583032025 out of order for approximately 10 days. Been reported numerously. Fault nr 81CVZ141013 (14 October 2013)
Phone still out of order. No adequate feedback from Telkom to the customer. She is an 74 year old lady in poor health, living alone. She is in desperate need of Landline.
