Let me say first of all its been 2 weeks today since i opened a fault with Telkom on the 23rd December, as my telephone line has been off before the Xmas period, i have tried to contact Telkom every day since to escalate the matter as i Really Urgently need to use my Landline... although my escalations go un touched, and im still waiting for a Technician. I have been into the Telkom store now 3 times in the past 2 weeks, although the consultants cannot do anything, and point me towards their Telkom phone where i must push 2... still nothing gets sorted... My internet is still kind of working on my line but at 0, 5MB/Second, and the phone is completely Dead... HOW! can i get this working? as its been off for now 3 weeks... Am i going to get refunded for this as i pay every month, yet its not even working, Nor will Telkom come fix the issue... like i can hardly understand what is the actual issue is here?..And now its going to be a mission to even try coordinate meeting with a Technician to fix this...
