I have been a loyal customer of Afrihost for years now and have been telling everyone to move to them since I first got an account with them, but since they moved to the MTN network two things have happened. Their client support has become worse than that of MTN, it's not the quality of the support it's the absence of the support, I used to log a support issue and have a result within the hour, these days it takes ages for them to come back to you.
I have an business uncapped account with them and I hoped it would solve my connectivity issues but it stayed the same, slow speeds etc. and it's not just me, even at our offices we are starting to move over to other ISP because of the inconsistent connectivity. They really need to make some big changes if they want to stay number one.
I hope I hear soon from their support, or I am moving all my accounts over to another service provider.
