I understand about the whole Fair Use policies concerning Blackberries BIS service, but to render it almost completely useless as a result is ridiculous. I use my phone for a lot more than just BBM and browsing, but to have it constantly sitting on EDGE speeds when I'm PAYING for a service and PAYING for a 3G enable handset is disgusting. If you must throttle, at least set a cap for us to pass first, because how, for someone who uses their phone for not only pleasure but business, do you expect us in this day and age when 4G LTE is coming to the fray, to still sit on something like 20KBs browsing and downloading? Sort this out or you will lose many customers. Im due for upgrade but am thinking of cancelling with MTN all together, and others will too.
