Please explain, on Tuesday your technician after you have fixed the problem comes to my house, I get great reception and then on Friday it is back to slow and now I can't even log on. I have a monitored my speed from the time you supposedly fixed it. Once again I have to wait another 7 days for anything to get done. I would like to speak to someone about this pathetic service. Original ref 1722230 and new ref 1727980. I am so tired of your pathetic service as I cannot Skype. I also would like to speak about compensation.
