Extreme throttling (Uncapped Lite 3GB)

So I get throttled after I use 3GB of data on my Uncapped Lite contract from MTN but my problem is that I get so extensively throttled that it renders my internet useless. Doing simple browsing such as checking my email, research or even Facebook takes forever to load or just doesn't return a page at all. So I agree throttle me but don't throttle me that bad that internet is rendered useless.
