Booked my phone in on 24th February 2013, my screen was not responding to my keypad, they called texted me to let me know that the phone is ready for collectionwhen I called to asked if the phone was fixed they responded negative because of liquid damage, and said that i was the cause of the damage when I requested proof of the damage no one got back to me after that. The phone is brand new, has not been used since date of purchace. Truly disappointed. If problem not resolved I will take my phone and support a different cellular provider.
