Have send my wife`s Blackberry in for repairs as the touch screen is not working anymore. Second phone in one year. Previous phone had same issues, was repaired twice and replaced the 3rd time. Now they report liquid damage on the phone. I queried how it could have occurred if phone was never exposed to any form of liquid. They responded by saying that ever humidity can cause it. Thus meaning my holiday at the coast actually cause the phone to get damaged. How pathetic is that?
