Bad service

On the 3rd of March 2013 I bought a prepaid sim card, and purchased R59-00 airtime to activate BIS for my Blackberry 9300. It wasn't activated, and the next day when I tried to use the phone it was still not activated. After phoning Vodacom Customer Care a few times, the problem wasn't fixed. I sent someone in to the Vodashop where I bought the sim card from on the 4th of March 2013, and they said the sim was faulty. The branch where I bought the sim card from was at Clearwater Roodepoort. They gave me a new sim card (076 164 2148) and said they were going to move the BIS from the old sim to the new one. And said it would take an hour then the sim would work. But still today, the 5th, after phoning again, it still doesn't work. Its causing very inconvenience for me. And this is the worst service I ever got from Vodacom.
