Disgusting services at vodacom

I repaired my cellphone's lcd at vodacom last year october which cost me r1000, once the phone had been repaired & payment was made, vodacom sent the phone back to markham west street-where i had initially bought the phone from. on return of the phone i noticed that the phone had come back with a button missing-i then refused to take the phone out of the store in that condition and demanded that vodacom sort out the phone correctly, my cell had gone back to vodacom & when i called them to confirm that they had received the phone- they told me that my lcd is once again broken & they are trying to determine how that happened-it took at least 2months to receive my cell after that. now 4months later my lcd is broken once again & when i called vodacom they said that their repair warranty only holds for 3 months and since 4 months have already passed i would have to incur charges all over again. the consultant i spoke to (shaista) was very rude- she cut me off as i was speaking-enforcing vodacom's rules, i felt disrespected, as a customer i am disgusted with this pathetic service, this now means that everytime vodacom repairs my cell, i have to save up money every 4months to send it back
