I attempted to perform a early upgrade via phoning the upgrade department at vodacom on 0821959.
After being informed that i can upgrade on the tenth of january, i proceeded to go into the vodacom store
At lakeside mall, only to be told that i had to wait now untill February 10th. Reluctantly i waited and when i phoned again this morning i was told i had to wait another month. These people are so inconsistent and idiotic. How is it possible that three times via three different consultants i have been let down trying to perform a simple upgrade. Im considering leaving vodacom hopefully being able to find better service at another service provider. Needless to say most people spend between 100 and 500 on there monthly bill, however my bill can be as high as 1900 a month yet i receive this treatment from the very service provider meant to make my life simple and easy.
