This is the package I have with Kawuleza, confirmed in writing by Junaid.
In December I received an e-mail from Junaid at Kawuleza stating that "our system will automatically rate limit customers who far exceed the boundaries of their packages and our fair usage policy". I could not quite grasp exactly what this clown was going on about, since I checked their fair usage policy and could not see what the issue was, seeing that I have a 1 meg unlimited home package and could not find anything about the limit in the fair usage policy.
I asked what the problem is and this was the response "Die hoeveelheid gigs wat jy gebruik op die 1mb pakket is te veel vir die pakket" Really? So I use more gigs than I'm allowed to, on my uncapped, unshaoped 1 Mbps package?? So its not UNCAPPED!?
Immediatly after the e-mail and daily when I do speed tests, I have a 384 Kbps line! Its hardly ever on 1 Mbps. So its not UNSHAPED!? You said so yourself, see first quote.
I have had enough of your false advertising. You WILL give me what I pay for. 1 Mbps line, unshaped and unlimited, home package, so my wife can stream youtube and watch tv online. I bought YOUR hardware and YOU will delive
