Hi Vodacom.
I gave in my iPhone 5 to Vodacom after it kept crashing since i upgraded to iOS 7, i received and SMS saying it was it was sent to the advance repair center in JHB. I then received an SMS today saying that my device was exchanged and being sent back to me.
After reading all these complaints from many customers about you giving back refurbished iPhones, i would like to know what guarantee i have that mine is not refurbished as well? I have yet to receive the phone and i will not accept a refurbished phone when i gave in a brand new one.
