On the 25 of September I gave my daughters Iphone in for repair as the screen was cracked, I was informed that they do not repair Iphones I had to pay R3890 and wiil get a new handset. On the 8th of Ocktober I paid thr money and got the phone and had to take it back as the handset were faulty (11 October) I was told that they had to send back the phone for repair at which time I insisted on a new handset as I just paid for one, I was told that the phone had to go through there repair system to be replaced. After reporting this issue to Vodacom the end result is that up to date I still do not have the handset (Iphone 5) that I paid for on the 11th of October and it is already the 29th of October this after they flaged this issue as urgent.
