As a client of Supercall, (a subsidiary of Autopage) ated through your Altech/Autopage e-mails. Please note my complaint which logged reflects Supercall as a company that does not respond:
"As a 1client with average charges of R1500 pm for 10 years, one might expect a response or resolution, but no. In November I went into the Nicolway branch to get a new secondary card. This was RICA'd and activated, and even worked for a day. Once this stopped I called the call centre numerous times, and even went back in over the 6 weeks until now. I have had no resolution or response.
I emailed and eventually had a response that upgrades would call me (another issue) and still, no response to the secondary issue.
I called again this weekend asking what my cancellation-to-port fee would be, still nothing, even after asking a manager to call back.
I am astounded how the service of a once good provider has completely fallen apart, I see they are recorded as unresponsive to Hello Peter as well, not a surprise.
I would love resolution, and considering my monthly expense here, think it should be an expectation, not a slim hope of getting what I pay for. "
I'd appreciate resolution.
