WHY HAVE I BEEN OVERCHARGED?

Hi there,

I am on an iPhone Talk 240 contract, which is supposed to cost somewhere in the region of - R600 per month. I was debited this month R809. Why?

I received an SMS half way through the month (February) saying that my data bundle had run out and I was now being charged out of bundle rates. I checked my data bundle and still had 500 MB remaining?

Why the are you people charging me whatever amount you feel like randomly?

I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION AND A REFUND AND IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN I WILL SUE YOU.
