On Feb20 2013 I collected my new iPhone5, which is supposed to be on a contract. I supplied bank statements and my previous vodacom statement in order to have my number switched over to Nashua. When I collected the phone I asked to check if the right bank details had been loaded and they hadn't. So again I had to sit and make sure the correct ones were load. I was told it would take 2-24 hours to activate...After at least 10 emails and calls to Shannon, Karen, Natasha and their Rock cottage branch, and 8 days later I have a iPhone5 which is not working!!! I have sent several emails to all above with all my details and have had no one come back to me with any answer as to when I will have this resolved. Each time someone calls I get told it will take another week!!
The service from Nashua Mobile is one of the worst I have experienced. I absolutely regret ever walking into a Nashua and highly recommend not to use them, It has been the most disappointing experience. I was told that a Priscilla (some regional manager) would be informed, who could sort this out - but todate I have not heard a word or had anything accomplished. Sad to have to report to get response!!!
