Overcharged for Data

My invoice for data the last couple of months has included my data bundle, a data bundle available balance but also independent billing of data. The call center agent doesn't understand & assures me it will be resolved & the following month, this month included, it has happened again. Even though my last interaction resulted in me purchasing an additional data bundle of which I am now being charged for in addition to the original costs! No explanation or refunds being offered.
