I have called Nashua Mobile customer service number to upgrade my contract on the 12th of December 2012. I took a top-up contract for R149 pm. The sales consultant said my handset will be forwarded to Sandton Branch, which I selected, within 7 working days and Sandton branch will call me once my handset has arrived so I can collect.
I have not received my handset todate and my current contract was bared on the 31/12/2012, of which I never bothered to check since. I called Nashua Mobile (spoke of Marie G) on the 14/01 to cancel my contract since Nashua Mobile has not honoured their part of deal and my number was blocked more frequent even though there is no money owed.
Marie said she did not know why the hand set was not delivered and she couldn't explain why my phone was barred so ferequent. She said to me that she will investigate and come back to me. No feedback todate and I realised that Nashua Mobile debited R273 from my account on the 27th of Jan 2013 and I do not know what this money is for and I am not happy at all by the way they are treating me.
I need answers from Nashua Mobile, because I cannot be charged for the contract that do not exist!
