Despite my account being up todate, for the last 4 days my blackberry phone always gets soft locked without any prior notification or explanation from Nashua Mobile. Whenever I have contacted Nashua Mobile telephonically no one can ever assist me with my query and even though I send emails I to date have not received a response. I feel that this is totally unacceptable from any Service Provider. I require that this matter gets resolved as a matter of urgency. I will never recommend Nashua Mobile to any of my colleagues or friends due to the major difficulty that I have experienced and the lack of concern from Nashua Mobile.
