Worst service ever!!!

After waiting for how long for the BB Z10 - I finally saw on FB I can order online, so I applied and am still waiting on a consultant to call me... duh! So I went to Blue Rout mall on Monday to ask if they maybe have the new BB Z10 already and I could just cry with joy when the consultant (Kieran) said yes. so I said - let's upgrade then, filled in the forms, signed everywhere. Kieran went to the back and came abck withmy new baby - in a box. He then passed it to the laaitie next to him to set it up. The young lad got busy with it, switched it off and Kieran told me I have to 24hours for the sim to activate, switch it on, put in the sim PW and whalah! Suffice to say, 24 hrs later, the phone would not allow me to put in the sim PW, I went to 2 Vodaom shops and both told me the phone is faulty. Today I took it to BRM and they now want to send it away and I ahve to wait another 5 days. Kieran told me if anything is wrong with the phone, bring it in and we'll swop it withing the 1st 7 days, different story today, he could not even look me in the eyes. After 90mins I asked to cancel my upgrade, so I can move to another Sp, the manager gladly agreed!!! I am still without BB Z10.
