All of a sudden this month I sit with R449.00 in GPRS charges (never have this as I am diligent in ensuring I dont keep the BT or GPS on)... I find this unacceptable as I make sure i do not have bluetooth or GPRS switched on on my Samsung Galaxy. I have wi-fi at home and the cell is connected so how do I get these charges if I am using my w-fi...

I would like that this is sorted out asap as I am not happy that my account is being debited and I only receive the sms notifying of this sudden increased amount AFTER you put through the debit order request...

I will call the bak and reverse this if it is not sorted out asap!
