New phone faulty and I still await on Vodacom

I was due for an upgrade, did that on the 25/09/2013 around 3/4pm, took the phone home and Vodacom told me to wait for the micro sim card to be activated before I can start using the phone. All that was done and I started using the phone around 9/10pm on the same day. The phone was not functioning properly, it switched itself off so I took it back the next day on the 26/09/2013 at 9am (12hrs). Vodacom refused to give me a new phone, stated that it has to go for repairs and that I can only get a new phone (if its not my fault, and it wasn't) in 7 days. Well, the manager said he will push for the coming Monday, the 30/09/2013. Came Monday, went to shop and I could not get a phone. Now they have to reverse the upgrade first as I needed a different phone where the price range was now different to the one I initially took. The reversal was done and was supposed to take 24 hours. Today is the 01/10/2013, still no phone and the reversal hasn't been done as yet. All this time, I am communicating with their incompetent staff and their useless manager, with my airtime and still no one seems to care or prioritize this transaction. Its been 7 days and still do not have a phone.
