I can not begin to explain how disappointed i am with vodacom, i have just applied for a new contract in December, 1st of all i ddnt have all the documents needed and i told the lady i will bring them in, so January i did because every time i phone in she is either not there or she is busy with another client, now finally i gave in my documents, now i had to wait for the phone i applied for, which is understandable, they were on a back order, so i got a missed call and when i phoned back, they told me the phone is ready, i get there its the wrong colour, so i had to already adjust because i have waited so long to get it, so i took it, i was told it would only take 24 hours to activate the number and up until today i am still waiting for my number to be registered, so in actual fact i am walking around with a phone without service?? is this fair though? i have been phoning the whole morning and i have been told every time that the person is busy, or i just missed her, or she cant take my calls? would it be easier if i cancel the deal?
