Worse service wrong deal still being debited???

Since my upgrade I've being paying for a phone that I didn't sign up for, I would like MTN to take back their b/berry and refund me, since august last year. The battery get hot, why??? I have queried this on numerous occassions, with me even having to visit your office where I was told that my 6yr son couldn't enter the buidling, I'm now sick and tired of your company and the problems I've had recently. The last update was if you require a refund I must call the accounts dept, have I not been so out of pocket due to ur error and I must still run around, this is totally NOT acceptable. I have 2 phone contracts with urself and this is by far the worse experience ever, I want a letter of apology and a full refund for all the running around I've had to do and the follow ups which isn't sorted yet. I mean for crying out LOUD when will you guys finally sort out my matter. I even mentioned to da staff at MTN that I will report this on helopeter and they didn't bother. I will to reach out to some one senior as enough is enough.. PS have your phone back... I look forward to hearing from you
