It makes me sad to say, this is the second time in two weeks Cell C promised to call me back and sort out a problem, and still no communication what so ever. I thought give them a chance and log a normal enquiry, but it seems the only way to get response from Cell C is with Hellopeter.com. I stay in Equestria in Pretoria East. The signal at my residence is nonexistent. Be it 3G, or normal. It also seems to be at certain times. After 12 at night, I can actually use my phone for some functions, but 7 in the morning, I am unreachable again. I live in a big community, can I really be the only one? Cell C promised me LAST week Thursday, that the technical team will contact me within 48 hours, and send a technician to come and the problem. It is now 168 hours. I can't have this problem. Please help.
