My phone line has been dead since yesterday morning. I reported the fault to a technician that was busy working on the lines just up the road from me. He didn't really want to help as he said it's not his problem, but just after he started messing with the lines my phone died... After about 6 phone calls to telkom to report the problem, I'm still without my phone line. I use my phone for business, and I am unable to receive phone calls for 2 days now. This is really bad for business. It is the 3rd time in 3months that my phone line is messed up. Last time it took nearly a week to fix. PLEASE EMPLOY COMPETENT PEOPLE!!!
