DEBITED FOR ANOTHER COMPANY'S ACCOUNT

On the 31st Oct. I was debited with my monthly account from Neotel. On the 1st Nov. I was debited again with an amount 5 or 6 times what my bill was. i.e. R6141.66. I queried this on the 2nd Nov. Was told that this account was not for me. It was a error. Send them a copy of my Bank Statement and this would be reversed/refunded. Duly did this on the 2nd Nov. On 4th queried why I hadn't got refund. Told again to send Bank Statement through. Advised them this was already done. Numerous phone calls and e mails. "Polite" replies when I called that this was being attended to. Called again this morning. Still no refund.!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY??? Neotel have taken this from my account illegally! Reference no. SREQ-109373636 - I Must say the service from Neotel Technical is GOOD - ACCOUNTS APPALLING - This is the 2nd time in three months that I have had problems with the account Dept.
