I have had problems with the fees deducted for my VA membership since start May 2013. After several phone calls and email requests to have it sorted out but came to nothing (I was initially assured of a refund), I finally lost patience and asked my boyfriend to pursue it. I had also sent an email to the manager who had apparently opened the email (read receipt) but seemingly didn't bother to reply.
My boyfriend had contacted the call center during the last week of May and was promised he would be phoned back with details - nothing so far.
This is really not what one would expect of a Virgin company.
Two thumbs down for wasting my time (and airtime..) and holding on to my refund!
