I done our bookings on line with travel start. I done 3 sets of tickets. The one from Cape Town to Durban we received an email that said your journey is been cancelled. I follow it up and they said the money didn't go through I need to pay again that I did. when I look on my statement it go of twice. I phone & email them with proof of my payment... I mail the refund dept, the ticket dept., the urgent report dept. NOTHING the refund dept sent me twice a reply to say they will look into the matter but no results??? this is ridiculous I'm now in Australia and how do I get my R1597 back??!!!
