I purchased a cellphone through one of bid or buys companies. The phone arrive very late and it was the wrong colour & in another language. This took them weeks to get the seller to contact me. I wanted a refund, because by now I have been without a cell for weeks/months. The seller also offered the option of the colour phone I wanted or a refund. I ask for the refund. They then back tracked and sent me the phone which by this time I didn't want anymore. I received it in the old damaged box the previous cell came in! Along with that there is markings on the cover of this phone which I am not happy with. I asked that they sort this out but nothing has been done. I am not happy with the product sold to me and I want a refund. THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING BOTH BID OR BUY AND THEIR SELLERS!!! The phone was bought on 11th March... it is the 6 of August!!!
