I emailed and faxed Telkom on 11 Feb, a cancelled request for a fixed line in a shop that we were renting. We moved out of said shop in the beginning of February. After not receiving a response, I phoned the call center (10217) on 25/02/13. The first lady I spoke to said she can't help me, I asked if she could put me through to someone who could, she said no and hung up. The next person I spoke to after being on hold again was able to help me, he said that the line was not yet cancelled, as they couldn't get hold of me, but they never phoned my office. He said he made a note for someone to follow it up that day. Today, 28/02/13 I phoned again, the lady told me she couldn't access the info and told me to call 10210. After being on hold on 10210 for 15 minutes, the line went dead, this happened twice. All I want to know is if my line is cancelled yet, and if not, why not. I am very disappointed and I hope this gets sorted out ASAP.
