Lapsed contract still not cancelled

An initial 24 month contract with Autopage was cancelled now many times. I personally phoned customer services from the Menlyn mall outlet and served notice of cancellation. I wrote many complaints to their customer (don't) care department without success. The service line is 082 894 4688 and am still billed by debit order on a monthly basis.
