No Internet again

Once again, come end of the month my telkom phone line and adsl line is down again, right when I want to use the available bandwidth I was saving throughout the month. The line has been down the whole weekend, but since I was away from home I couldn't log the fault. So I logged it on Monday. They tested the line and told me everything was fine, I got home and to my surprise it was working. So I started downloading a few things, went away for an hour and got home to no Internet and a dead phone line. After spending 10minutes on my cellphone trying to get through to telkom again, the lady couldn't help me and decided to drop the call. So I phoned back trying to get hold of the manager, after another 20minutes of being bounced around, the last person I spoke to decided to drop the call again. I am for Telkom and their bad service. I was thinking of upgrading my line but now I just want Telkom to take their line and their modem and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
