I'm trying desperately to cancel my Telkom account as I am moving house at the end of May (PLEASE NOTE I ONLY WISH IT TO BE CANCELLED THEN) but the 10210 number is completely ineffective. I have been sitting on hold for 30 minutes and counting. If my line is not cancelled at the end of May because I can't get through to a person I am going to be beyond livid. Someone needs to call me ASAP because I am done with sitting on hold.
