I'm getting fed up with telkom. My line and adsl were working perfectly all of a sudden everything just went dead. I logged a fault last week Tuesday (15 Jan) and still haven't heard back I phoned on a daily basis their international customer from my cell nr because I can't use the 10210 nr from telkom line because the line is dead. Everyday they promised it will be fixed the next day. On Friday the guy even said that they will work overnight to fix the problem. When I phoned yesterday he said he will notify the technician to get this fix. When I phoned today they kept putting me through to residential where I keep getting cut off.
How am I suppose to get hold of telkom when I can't use my landline to make a phone call. THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
