Afrihost - Pure internet "nightmare"
I've been without internet now for 9 days, daily support calls which takes 25 minutes to answer, then online for hour with no success, numerous help sms'e which went unanswered, Afrihost is blaming Telkom, Telkom is blaming afrihost.

The problem is that the line is not authenticating. If I log onto my router (Netgear N600) it says that internet is not connected, if I click on it, it asks for ISP username and password, if I enter the values it says incorrect username or password.

Telkom has been here about 4 times, everything works fine with the guest network details, so it is not the line. He tested the line in front of me and it works! So stop passing the buck and sort it out!

Yesterday same thing, support put me through to accounts, the lady couldn't help me so I wanted to speak to a supervisor (please note that I was on the line for almost an hour now), was on hold for another 20 minutes, eventually it was probably home time because after 25 minutes the line went through to voicemail!
Surely the supervisor knew I was on hold yet they couldn't be bothered to take the call?

I want my account cancelled and I want it cancelled today!
