Vodacom Reference: EC-ZAMB-2VCFEO
Vodacom confirmed in a email that they have poor coverage in the Welgevonden area and cannot confirm the activation of a planned new tower in the area.
They've indicated that I could cancel my services due to the fact that they cannot resolve the coverage problem at this time.
Vodacom Shop Tygervalley Group rejected their feedback and my request to cancel this contract which will allow me to apply for services via a Service Provider that could confirm suffcient coverage in the Welgevonden area.
I think this is appalling from Vodacom Shop Tygervalley Group to provide me with this response and service even with confirmation in their letter that there are coverage problems in the Welgevonden area.
If they cannot provide me with appropriate coverage, they cannot expect me to pay for this lack of service.
Let's hope Vodacom Shop Tygervalley Group and Vodacom Service Provider could actually acknowledge that they aren't providing the Customer with a true SERVICE and therefore cannot keep referring to a contract without SERVICE.
