I pay my fee of R560 but don't have a phone

Oct 2012 I got (Blackberry 9790 E) worth R5000 on contract. I had 7day time to report a problem, if 7d extended they will send for repairs (Polokwane). I noticed I dont hear my cell ringing & when im talking the person cant hear me, but i can hear them & had bad reception. I took the cel back & they replaced it. The same problem. I comp.. again they send it to repairs (Polokwane). Got a sms the cel is send to (JHB Headoffice) cel is not fixeble. Two weeks after I got a brand new cel. Long story short, I have booked in 6 brand new phones and received a new 1 each time so I didnt want this cell anymore. I phoned (Headoff JHB) spoke to Nicole, Edward. They reported back saying they cant replace it with a different model or BB, the (9790 BB) is on standard. I was upset. I had a cheep (BB curve 8520) that worked better. Its now February 2013 and i still dont have a phone but i pay everymonth my contract fee as well as my R60 BBM.We tried to talk to Edward, Nicole again but they refuse to talk with us. I comp.. by Vodac Regional Office & still had no feedback. R5000 is alot for a phone and this is not the value for its money. We have been on contract with Voda over 17years and this is how we get treated.
