EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I HAD REPORTED A PROBLEM WITH HELLO PETER ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH VODACOM. YOU'LL GOT BACK TO ME AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT HEAD OFFICE, WHICH I DID. HOWEVER STILL NO HELP TO MY SITUATION WITH VODACOM AND I HAVE STILL NOT GOTTEN MY PHONE SORTED OUT YET. ITS NOW OVER FOUR MONTHS SINCE MY PHONE WAS LEFT AT VODACARE GATEWAY (REPAIRS DEPARTMENT). HEAD OFFICE WAS SUPPOSE TO ESCALATE THE PROBLEM, WHICH THEY SAID THEY WERE DOING, WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM, HOWEVER WHEN I HAD WENT TO CHECK UP ON IT, THE CONSULTANT SAID, NO ESCALATION HAD BEEN DONE. I HAD SPOKEN TO THE MANAGER AT HEAD OFFICE BY THE NAME OF EDWARD. I HAD PHONED TIME AND TIME AGAIN AFTER THAT, AND SPOKE TO DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS, ASKING TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER EDWARD.THEY SAID HIS BUSY ON A CALL AND WILL CALL ME BACK, BUT DID NOT. I HAD SPOKE TO, ARMANAND, NICOLE AND SARAH AT HEAD OFFICE, ASKING TO SPEAK TO EDWARD. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE TIME I DID NOT GET TO USE MY PHONE, AND THE PHONE BACK IN THE GOOD CONDITION I HAD GIVEN IT IN TO VODACOM. PHONE WAS GIVEN TO VODACARE GATEWAY ON THE 04/12/2012, ITS NOW 07/04/2013.
