Brand New Blackberry Faulty-send back 4 times

I took my brand new Blackberry back 4 times to Vodacom and is still faulty. The last time I send it back and it was send to JHB for a replacement and JHB today said there is nothing wrong with the phone. Liezell at Vodacom in The Bridge Port Elizabeth checked the phone with me and the problem were not fixed! I spend R2000 a month on my contract and will now close my account because of this bad service I am getting from Vodacom Repairs. I want to warn people to think twice before you get a Cell phone from Vodacom. While I was standing in the line waiting, other people had the same problem as me. Phones taken back more than 5 times with the same problem. Hallo Cell C, will you treat you customers better?
