I upgraded my cell c contract in March 2013, i took the blackberry Z10, few months down the line i started experiancing problem with the phone, it just switch off by itself and i have to get it on charge in order to re start it, i booked in with the strore and it was sent for repairs, they couldnt repair it so they gave me a brand one, barely before a day i experianced another problem, the speaker was not working, i booked it in again, after 3 weeks it was replaced with another brand new one, i used it from November 2013, few days ago i started experiancing the switching off problem, i booked it in again today 2014/02/06, i used 3 phones in a space of 11 months.
I dont want a blackberry again, cell c must compromise and give me another brand, my ref number at repair is PRE486354, the only way ill stay with cell c is if i get another brand of phone, and please not a blackberry.
