I recently moved to Durbanville. My experience with Cell prior to this was absolutely poor but managing as the intermittent service while extremely poor was predictable and same as was in Johannesburg. However, Utizicht seems to take the cake. Calls are constantly cut off, with rarely a 1 minute conversation coming to a conclusion. This is surely breach of contract in that Cell C is either incapable or unwilling to provide the agreed upon contracted service who is due to last 20 or so months. At this juncture, I doubt Cell C is interested in resolving such problems as previous complaints have hardly solicited a response, let alone a promise to help. To say this is shockingly poor service is an undertstatement. I am even willing to return the phone and cancel the service as bad does not come close to describing it. Both linked phones face similar problems even though they are different makes (blackberry and samsung galaxy s4)
